Sat in on an all-ages Jazz Dance class at the Ballet Met for this class. It was a rather short session, but because of all the varied, repeated routines I was able to get a decent amount of poses.

OSU School of Music Percussion Performance
This one was probably one of my favorite places so far. Really interesting poses from the performers, and a lot of great music.
OSU Men's Soccer
As a class we took a trip to watch the OSU Men's Soccer game. It was really cold and spitting sleet.
The All American Quarter Horse Congress
For this class we were to draw horses in the All American Quarter Horse Congress which was held in Columbus this year.
In this class I learned that horses are weird looking and really hard to draw.

Sir Not-Appearing-In-This-Class
Originally there had been a trip to the Ohio RenFest planned the previous Sunday, but I missed it due to a work meeting. Instead, I drew poses from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. These are the first 100; I'll be uploading the next sketches in a different post.

Day 10: A few Things...
At first the class went to an outdoor rock climbing wall. Some of my favorite poses were 2-8: a man doing some advanced yoga poses. Knees over the shoulder type of stuff.
However, getting so into Fall, we had about an hour before it got too dark to see and the climbers started to leave. Instead we went and met back in the class room and drew poses from "The Ministry of Silly Walks" from Monty Python's Flying Circus. Continuing with the silly-leg-movement theme, we next drew poses from an Olympic marathon.

Day 9: Cory
This time we had a life model come into the class to pose for us. He's actually posed in other classes I've had before, like painting or a figure drawing class. Funnily enough, he and his wife sometimes come into the store where I work, and he recognized me. We had a nice brief chat about the school. Anyway, here are the poses he did for us.
